Hi, I’m Jiru 👋🏻

I am a computational geneticist and data scientist with a research background in statistical genetics, genomics, multi-omics integration, and a growing interest in biomedical AI.

I am currently based in Hamburg, Germany, and exploring new research and industry opportunities in computational biology, bioinformatics, and data science.

I was previously a Senior Research Fellow in the Bahlo Lab within the Molecular Sciences Division at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. I completed my PhD in the Bahlo Lab at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
